Brought up in Canada and the Hawaiian islands, where I worked in the family’s contemporary Japanese restaurant, I have since worked in Singapore and the UK.
I love travelling, learning about different cultures, discovering authentic regional cuisine and experiencing different ways of enjoying food. All of these things inform the perspectives I bring to any project.
My passion comes from seeing how the exciting, inter-connected culinary and luxury landscapes are evolving around the world; from advising clients on how to respond to guests’ changing expectations, to helping them deliver a fully authentic experience in both the hospitality and retail sectors.
